Meditation
Program
begins
with a special
Opening Night session on Thursday, July 2nd and
will end with the morning session on Monday, July 13th.
2 Classes Daily Beginning July 3rd and Ending July 12th.
Morning Sessions 6:30-8:00 A.M. (please arrive 15 minutes early)
Evening Sessions 7:00-9:00 P.M. (please arrive 15 minutes early)
ALL CLASSES WILL BE HELD IN THE JOHN CARROLL UNIVERSITY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING ROOM AD 48 (SEE MAP)

In order for a better understanding of the benefits of Kriya Yoga Science, it is highly recommended that you plan to attend at least five (5) consecutive classes.

July 2nd: Special Opening Night session.
Introduction of Swami Sri Yogi Satyam by former Euclid Mayor, David M. Lynch (JCU class of ’79)
Lecture theme:
The essential need for Non-Violence in culture, society, and personal life.
Guided meditation:
How to attain real unity and harmony on Earth
July 3 - 5: Independence Day Weekend Program.
Themes:
The real meaning of Independence; America and India, the oldest and largest democracies – their shared ideals; The lifestyle of Ancient India and Ancient Humanity: our heritage of Non-Violence and the responsibilities of liberty.
Guided meditation practice:
How to perceive the Infinite Freedom and Glory of every human being
July 6 - 10: “How to” classes for a complete and satisfying life.
Themes:
A complete education means living a
complete life, a prerequisite for Non-Violence; The
example of Mahatma Gandhi, his experiments with Truth
and Non-violence, and what his example means today.
Guided meditation practices:
July 6 How to sleep at will
July 7 How to live without stress
July 8 How to heal body and mind
July 9 How to overcome any habit
July 10 How to have perfect prosperity without a stable salary
July 11 – 12: East West Dialogue
What face can the principles of Non-Violence take in America today?
With TV Journalist, Ted Henry from News Channel 5, and community educator, Alexander Leslie from The Cleveland Rape Crisis Center.
July 13th morning: Final meditation.
Theme and meditation to be decided according to the weekend program.
